Policies/Rates:

This is a non-smoking unit

Maximum occupancy is limited to 4

A $20 registration fee is required

Check-in is 3:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM

We offer a 10% discount for stays of 28 nights or more

For reservations less than 7 nights we require an $85 cleaning fee

Bookings are subject to an 11.42% combined Hawaii Transient Accommodations and General Excise Tax

 

Deposit/Reservation:

A deposit of $300 toward the rent is required for all bookings under 28 days and $600 for longer stays. To secure your reservation the deposit must be received within 10 days of booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival for low season and 90 days prior to arrival for high and peak seasons.

Security Deposit:

An imprint of your credit card will be taken upon registering with the front desk as a security deposit.

Method of Payment:

We accept personal checks or money orders. We are also set up to accept credit cards if you prefer. For credit card transactions we bill back the 3% transaction fee the credit card company charges us so we can keep our rates low for our cash paying customers. If you prefer to pay by credit card please let us know at the time of booking so we can provide you an accurate quote. And for your security please do not email credit card information--we prefer to handle the transaction by telephone. If you are booking within 3 weeks of your arrival date and prefer not to pay by credit card a wire transfer is required.

Cancellation:

We hope you won't have to cancel but if you do notice is required 60 days in advance for low season bookings and 90 days in advance for high season bookings. Your deposit (less a $100 administrative fee) and all other monies collected will be promptly returned. If you cancel closer to your arrival date, all efforts will be made to book the unit with someone else and a pro-rata portion of your money (less a $100 administrative fee) will be returned. Rates and terms subject to change without notice unless you already have our confirmation.
