Deposit/Reservation:A security deposit of $300 is required for all bookings under 28 days and $600 for longer stays. To secure your reservation the deposit must be received within 10 days of booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival for low season and 90 days prior to arrival for high and peak seasons.Security Deposit:The security deposit is fully refundable and is held until your departure. Once you have departed, the unit is cleaned and inspected by our personal housekeeper, Elissa. We promptly return all security deposits usually within a few days of your departure. We issue the refund by personal check paid in USD. If this presents a hardship to you, please let us know so we can discuss other arrangements.Method of Payment:We accept personal checks (Canadian personal checks OK if marked USD near the amount), bank drafts or credit cards through Pay Pal. Our rates are based on a cash price (personal check or bank draft). If you prefer to pay by credit card please let us know at the time of booking so we can adjust your quote for the credit card rate. And for your security please do not email credit card information--we can accept payments via Pay Pal and will provide an invoice at the time of booking. If you are booking within 3 weeks of your arrival date and prefer not to pay by credit card a wire transfer is required.
Cancellation:We hope you won't have to cancel but if you do notice is required 60 days in advance for low season bookings and 90 days in advance for high season bookings. Your deposit (less a $100 administrative fee) and all other monies collected will be promptly returned. If you cancel closer to your arrival date, all efforts will be made to book the unit with someone else and a pro-rata portion of your money (less a $100 administrative fee) will be returned.
