Nestled in the Southern most part of Kihei, bordering Wailea and close to some of the best beaches on Maui, are our two 1061 square foot 1 bedroom, 2 bath garden view condominiums--K103 and K109. Our condos are situated in the 23 acre low rise, low density Maui Kamaole complex. (complex map & floorplan). The complex is carpeted in lush tropical gardens with flowers and palms that give it a feel more like Wailea but at a Kihei value. With two pools, two Jacuzzis, BBQs throughout and two tennis courts, you will not be disappointed. And please take advantage of the proximity to beautiful Wailea with its 5 star resorts, great restaurants, golf courses and the Shops at Wailea shopping center.

Maui Kamaole is our home away from home--we're here twice a year--so you can be assured the conditions, amenities and supplies are far above the average rental. Prior to our purchase we rented in this complex ourselves and fell in love with it. Having experienced the rental scene we now strive to provide only the highest quality experience for our guests. While here we make sure we stay in both units to ensure the conditions are up to our high standards. Details:

Both condos are located in the K building and are very close together. The K building is one of the newest units in the complex with construction completed between 2000 and 2001. The complex has two swimming pools with two Jacuzzis. Both condos are just steps away from the upper tropical pool--complete with waterfall and sand bottom Jacuzzi. Both units feature very private back lanais with little traffic to disturb your peaceful evenings should you care to dine there. Unlike rental pool units that are devoid of foliage, our courtyards off the master bed have lush tropical plantings for a little extra privacy and tropical feel. The facility also boasts two tennis courts, again just steps away from both units, and two BBQs at each pool with an additional Webber BBQ at each pod for your convenience.

Our condos offer all the comforts of home with fully appointed kitchens including full range/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and all the accoutrements the creative cook desires. The master bedrooms feature queen size beds and both are decorated in an Hawaiian motif. The large master baths have 2 sinks and a full tub and shower. The living rooms also feature a queen size sofa bed with a bathroom with shower in the adjacent hall.

For entertainment both units feature TVs with cable in the living room and master bed. You'll also find a DVD player, a CD player, VCRs and high speed internet is available in both units. If this doesn't suit your fancy, how about choosing one of the many paper back books donated over the years by our guests--a very nice touch. And feel free to take one with you, but leave a different one for others to enjoy.

Even though these are cool downstairs units with great cross ventilation due to the afternoon trades, they are equipped with ceiling fans in the living room and master bed. K103 also has ceiling fans in both bathrooms and kitchen. And of course, both units are air conditioned should you choose.

You'll also find a few other niceties like a digital safe in the master bed to house your laptop, a full size refrigerator with ice maker, full sized stacked washer/dryer, dishwasher and even an ironing board.
